At Quality Liquor Store, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to the nature of alcohol sales, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your bottles for any signs of leakage, breakage, or order inaccuracies before opening the seal.
- 2.Contact Support
If you identify an issue, email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product or incorrect label.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once the returned items are received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle.
