Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Per federal law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid government-issued ID and sign for any package containing alcohol.
What states do you ship to?

How do you ensure bottles don't break during transit?
We use industry-leading, eco-friendly molded pulp or foam shippers specifically designed to withstand the rigors of transit and keep your bottles secure.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
Due to safety regulations regarding food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on alcohol once it has left our facility unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
